Lily Allen Leaving Music:Retiring – Lily Allen is retiring from attacking photographers,and from the music industry which is a great thing for my ears.The British pop star who is getting ready to open her own dress shop in England with her friend Jaime Winstone said while touring Australia in support of her sophomore album, It’s Not Me, It’s You:
“After this album and tour I have a brand new business I am setting up, but I can’t say what it is yet. I am definitely considering quitting music.”

Lily Allen set out to gain a particular audience, not to become a phenomenon, of My Space. And that’s been very successful for her. Because of My Space, people have been able to see someone that’s honest, open, and no different from anyone else. That honesty has, and still is being used against her, by manipulating her comments, exaggerating her actions, and lying about what she never said.This certainly was not the singer she set out to be. If people are fed up with any part of her actions it’s the fault of those who did not know what they were doing, when they wrote about her. And then continue to blame her for something they don’t want to take responsibility for. The funny thing is I like her, but even if I didn’t you still can’t overlook the obvious.
