Joss Stone Smokey Robinson On American Idol – Smokey Robinson and Joss Stone performed a duet called “You’re the One for Me,” on “American Idol” Season 8 this evening.”You’re the One for Me,” will be featured on Smokey Robinson’s new album called “Time Flies When You’re Having Fun,” which is scheduled to hit stores in May.Robinson said :
“I first met Joss in England when she was about 15.” “She’s just incredible, and her voice is so powerful.”“I had a few people in mind for this project.”
On working on “Idol” he added:
“Oh man.” “After mentoring these kids, I am so glad I don’t have to be the one to choose…. They are all so talented.”
