Britney Spears Teen Choice Awards 2009 – Britney Spears will appear at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards where she will be competing for three awards (Choice Music: Single for her song, “Circus”; Choice Music: Female Artist; and Choice Music: Tour for her Circus tour).Teen Choice Awards tapes Sunday night and airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.Despite rumors saying the contrary Spears will not be performing on the show.
